Our Resolution-First Approach

If an eligible service does not meet the requirements agreed with UK Assignments Experts, please contact us promptly and provide the relevant details so our team can review the concern.

Free Corrective Service

Where a service failure is confirmed after review, our first resolution is to provide one appropriate corrective service at no additional charge. The corrective service will be based on the original agreed requirements and the issue identified during our review.

Refund After the Corrective Service

If you remain dissatisfied after the additional free corrective service has been provided, you may request a refund. Where the request is eligible under this policy and the original agreed requirements have still not been met, UK Assignments Experts will issue the applicable refund.

Eligibility & Review

Refund requests are assessed against the original instructions, agreed scope, deadline, service delivered and any corrective service already provided. Requests based on requirements introduced after the original agreement, circumstances outside the agreed service, or misuse of the service may not qualify.

Refund Method
